An update on Amy & James... they just got back from a trip to Oregon to see some of the family. They hiked all over, including near the coast here. Awesome shot!
James's knee still isn't 100%... but, he just grabbed 3rd in a sprint triathlon in Sept. He's been killing the swim & bike since he's had to stay away from the run. Niceeee.
